What you need to start

  • Any camera you can practise with — a smartphone is fine to start
  • A computer able to run editing software
  • A reliable internet connection for live classes

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own camera?

No. You can complete the course with a smartphone, though you will get more out of the camera modules if you have access to a dedicated camera.

Are the classes live?

Yes. Classes run live online every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and materials stay available in your student dashboard.

Do I finish with something to show?

Yes. The final week is a portfolio project you plan, shoot and edit yourself.
