How we handle your information
This page is maintained by Next Level Learning Center to explain what student information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: August 2026
Information we collect
When you enroll or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the program you selected. In your profile you may optionally add a mailing address, date of birth, emergency contact, and a profile photo.
We also store records created by your participation: enrollment status, tuition and payment records, attendance, assignment submissions, grades, and certificates.
How we use it
To deliver your program, manage tuition and payment plans, issue certificates, provide access to your learner portal, and send you course and account notifications.
We do not sell your personal information.
Account and course emails are sent from our notification domain. Transactional messages (enrollment confirmations, payment reminders, class updates) are part of the service; you can ask us to stop non-essential announcements at any time.
Storage and access
Student records are stored in our hosted database with access rules that limit each student to their own records. Uploaded files, including profile photos and assignment submissions, are stored in private storage and are not publicly browsable.
Center staff with administrative accounts can view student records to operate the programs.
Your choices
You can update your phone number, address, emergency contact, photo, and password yourself in the portal. Email address and Student ID changes require staff approval to protect your account.
To request a copy of your records or deletion of your account, email us and we will respond as promptly as we can.
Cookies
We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your light or dark theme preference. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
