Terms of Service

The agreement between you and the center

These terms explain what you can expect from Next Level Learning Center and what we expect from students who enroll in our programs.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is complete when you submit an enrollment request and pay the $100 enrollment fee. The enrollment fee reserves your seat and is applied toward the program's total tuition.

Seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Tuition and payment

Tuition amounts, due dates, and payment plan options are listed on each course page and in the Payment Policy. Students on a payment plan agree to keep their balance current through the scheduled due dates shown in their learner portal.

Payments made offline (cash, check, transfer) are recorded to your account by staff.

3. Attendance and conduct

In-person classes meet Fridays and Saturdays. Students are expected to attend consistently, arrive prepared, and treat instructors and classmates with respect.

We may remove a student from a program for disruptive behavior, harassment, or academic dishonesty. Removal for conduct does not create a right to a refund beyond the Refund Policy.

4. Certificates

A Certificate of Completion is issued for eligible programs when a student completes the required coursework, meets attendance expectations, and has a zero tuition balance.

Certificates are not accredited degrees or state licenses unless explicitly stated.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and your contact information current. Email addresses and Student IDs are changed only through an admin-approved request.

6. Course materials

Course materials, recordings, and resources are provided for your personal learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them.

7. Changes

We may update schedules, instructors, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a new "last updated" date.
