Enrollment fee
A $100 enrollment fee is required before your learner account is created and before you are enrolled in any course. This fee applies to every program we offer.
Once the enrollment fee is paid, your learner account is created automatically and you are placed in the course you selected. You'll receive access to your learner portal immediately.
The enrollment fee is non-refundable and does not count toward tuition.
All 4-week courses
For every 4-week program (including Security Guard Exam Prep, Home Health Aide Exam Prep, Videography Beginner, and all 4-week online marketing courses):
The remaining tuition balance must be paid in full by the end of the second week of the course.
No exceptions.
You may pay in full at enrollment or split the balance into two payments within the first two weeks.
All 6-month courses
For every 6-month program (currently English for Beginners), learners may choose an approved payment plan at enrollment.
All scheduled payments must be completed within the first four weeks of the course.
A grace period of up to six weeks is allowed; however, late fees will apply to any remaining balance after the fourth week.
Accounts with an outstanding balance beyond the grace period may lose access to the learner portal until the balance is brought current.
Late fees
Late fees are applied to any remaining tuition balance that is not paid by its due date. Late fees vary based on the program and the length of the delay. Your specific late fee will be shown in your learner portal.
To avoid late fees, please pay on time or contact us before the due date if you need to discuss your plan.
Refunds & withdrawals
The $100 enrollment fee is non-refundable. Tuition payments made toward a course may be partially refundable if you withdraw before the course begins. Once a course begins, tuition payments are non-refundable.
