Cancellation & rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours, sessions may be rescheduled once at the practitioner's discretion. Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are issued to the original payment method.
